The free shuttle service made exploring the area effortless.I found the staff, including the cleaning crew, to be attentive and accommodating, further enhancing my experience. The availability of facilities such as dry cleaning services and tour assistance added to the overall convenience. The hotel's seamless blend of facilities and services made for a pleasant and stress-free stay in Monterrey.
